Install Preware to the HP Touchpad. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.danielyerelian.com\/blog\/2011\/09\/03\/how-to-install-preware-on-the-hp-touchpad\/\" title=\"How to Install Preware on HP Touchpad\" target=\"_blank\">See my instructions here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Once preware is installed launch the program on your Touchpad<\/p>\n<p>3. Install Govnah. Search for &#8220;Govnah&#8221;. Download and Install<\/p>\n<p>4. Install UberKernel(Touchpad). Either search for this or browse to &#8220;Available Packages&#8221;&#8211;>&#8221;Kernel&#8221;&#8211;>&#8221;All&#8221;&#8211;>&#8221;UberKernel(Touchpad)&#8221;. Download and Install<\/p>\n<p>5. Search for and install these three Patches<br \/>\n&#8211; Remove Tap Ripple<br \/>\n&#8211; Increase Touch Sensitive and Smoothness 10<br \/>\n&#8211; Faster Card Animations HYPER Version<\/p>\n<p>6. Restart your HP Touchpad<\/p>\n<p>7. You can doublecheck the clock speed through the Govnah application.<br \/>\nNote: If it looks like the second core isn&#8217;t doing anything in Govnah, click on the Profile at the top, click on Advanced Settings at the top of the next screen and change the CPU Frequency to &#8220;ONDEMAND&#8221;.
